RobotchiTerms of service
These terms apply between you and RocketLauncher AI (Belgium), provider of Robotchi. By creating an account or using Robotchi you accept them.
1. The service
Robotchi is a personal AI employee you reach through the app and, when activated, through messaging services. You get your own isolated assistant. Robotchi works with AI models; answers and drafts can contain errors. Always check important information (medical, legal, financial) yourself. Robotchi does not act on your behalf without your permission.
2. Account
You are at least 18 years old. You keep your sign-in details private and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
3. Look first, decide after
Before hiring Robotchi you can connect your Google account with read access. Robotchi then shows an overview of your inbox and calendar. You pay nothing for that. Only afterwards do you decide whether to hire Robotchi. If you do not connect, or do not hire Robotchi, you can disconnect and nothing further happens.
4. Price and payment
Robotchi costs € 99 per month, excluding VAT, unless agreed otherwise in the app at the moment of hiring. The subscription runs per month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time; the service then stops at the end of the current month. Payment goes through our payment partner. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
5. Fair use
You do not use Robotchi to break the law, harm others, send spam, bypass security or overload the service. In case of abuse we can suspend or terminate your account.
6. Your content and data
What you give Robotchi stays yours. You only grant us the right to process it to deliver the service. How we handle data, including data from your Google account, is described in our privacy policy.
7. Connections with other services
You can connect services yourself (Gmail, Google Calendar and others later). Those connections are also subject to the terms of those services. You can disconnect them at any time in Robotchi or at the service itself. Robotchi only asks for the permissions needed for the feature you use, and asks for write permissions only when you choose a feature that needs them.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Robotchi available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions you take based on Robotchi's answers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You can end your account at any time in the app or by email. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of abuse. After termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We can change these terms. Important changes are announced in advance in the app or by email. If you keep using Robotchi, you accept the new terms.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent courts in Belgium. As a consumer you can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
