Waiting for your decision

Example workflow. Companies, people and figures are made up. Nothing is contacted, sent or published.

Not another place to manage work. A way to get it done.

Every task ends in something you can use: a shortlist, a brief, a draft. And one clear question about the next step.

Your apps. One AI that gets the work done.

Robotchi brings your tools together to find information, prepare the next step and carry out the actions you approve.

At your desk. In your pocket.
Still your Robotchi.

Robotchi runs in your browser. Add it to your phone's home screen and the same work continues there.

Robotchi lets you know when work is ready.

An update in the app, or a push notification if you turn it on.

Read the result and decide the next step.

The brief you approved at your desk is the same brief on your phone. Same companies, same reasoning.

Your decision shows in the status.

A draft is a draft until you send it yourself. Robotchi never sends, publishes or pays on its own.

One responsibility, handed over.Monday 08:02

You shouldn't have to start from scratch.

Share the context once. Robotchi uses it to move the next task forward, shows what it saved, and changes it when you say so.

What do you know about my offer?

Four things you told me:

Offer
Fractional finance lead for agencies with 10 to 40 people
Writing
Short sentences, no exclamation marks, Dutch
Goal
Three new clients by December
Follow-up rule
Chase open quotes after five working days

Change the region to Antwerp only.

Done. The offer now says Antwerp only. I will use that for the next search.

Robotchi remembers what you share in the conversation, not your whole life. Ask what it knows and correct it in one sentence.

One responsibility, handed over.

Every Monday at 08:00: check which quotes are open longer than five working days and prepare the chasers.

Questions

What can Robotchi do today?

Find five businesses that fit your offer per search and explain the fit. Read the websites of those businesses and write a brief. Draft follow-ups and intros. Read your inbox and calendar. Remember the context you share and take on a scheduled responsibility. Building a website is planned, not available yet.

Which apps can I connect?

Today: Google mail and calendar, read-only. Microsoft sign-in and Outlook are in preparation. Other connections appear when a task needs them and always ask for your approval first.

Does Robotchi send e-mails or publish things on its own?

No. Robotchi writes drafts, you send them. The Google connection has no permission to send, and every step that cannot be undone gets a question first.

What does Robotchi remember, and can I change it?

What you tell it in the conversation: your offer, preferences, goals, agreements. Ask what it knows and correct it in one sentence. It does not read your whole life, only what you connect.

Which devices does it work on?

In your browser on desktop and phone. Add it to your home screen for a full-screen app. It is not in an app store.

How do I cancel?

Monthly, in the app. Google access can be revoked at any time in Robotchi or in your Google account.

Set the first goal.

Sign in, connect your mail and calendar, and see what Robotchi would take off your plate first.

Nothing is sent, published or paid without your approval.
